The Ultimate Aero TT will make it's international debut on the International Show Curcuit starting in November 2006, culminating with the world record top-speed competition held in Wolfsburg, Germany in May 2007. The second (#002) of the 24 Ultimate TT?s will be used by SSC as a media car and is slated to be tested this fall by Motor Trend, Road & Track, Auto Week, Automobile, and the TV show ?Top Gear?. The "TT" production is already underway. There will only be 24 Ultimate Aero TT?s manufactured and released for worldwide sale in the next two years. The Ultimate Aero TT is being introduced with a newly developed revolutionary twin-turbo power plant producing 1180 bhp. ACTUAL wind tunnel testing has proven the Ultimate Aero not only stable at speeds of 250 mph plus, but capable of speeds up to 273 mph. SSC is not selling cars based on drawings & virtual engineering, but has completed development, testing, verification and is now in production. During testing by Road & Track magazine the Ultimate Aero broke the all time Road & Track slalom course record, which had previously been held by the Enzo Ferrari, confirming the successful engineering and design.
