Quattroruote prototype

Can someone help me with Quattroruote 1989 prototype? I've read that it was based on Arola, but I know nothing more. BTW, there was written QuattrorOUte (and not QuattrorUOte) - maybe a typo? Or there is no connection with the Italian magazine?
