???? of a viscous coupling

I notice that cars like the Nissan Skyline and Lamborghini Diablo VT have AWD(All Wheel Drive) and my question is some viscous couplings will break due to turbo charging the engines to run boost. So is it possible to change the viscous coupling and if so with what to handle cars that are running power over 900 hp.
