Anyone know where I can find info on recommended tyre pressure?

Hey all My friend's just got himself an MG ZT190, pretty nice. Problem is he doesn't know what pressure the tyres should be. It's got 225/45 ZR18's all round, tyre make is Bridgestone, not sure what kind, probably RE71s. I'm thinking around 220kPa to 250kPa? Anyone out there with more knowledge on this? Thanks!
