Condensation in Headlights

so my 2001 Toyota Highlander is aging horribly. but aging nonetheless. reently the headlights have been getting condensation inside. what issue does this pose. is it dangerous, i kno they'll turn yellow, how do i fix it all that good stuff. thanks!
