engine weight

hi. just wondering. in the middle of the light V8 engine battle powertec macroblock V8 2.6L http:///v8_index.php and the RST V8 http:/// it makes me wonder if someone just slam one of those mazda rotaries and win? does anyone know how much a typical 2 rotor rotary engine weigh?
