Tire tech.

It's getting late tonight and my head is spinning from figuring out offsets and tire sizes and sidewall heights. But this is where I stand. OEM tire/wheel combo is a 195/60-14 on a 14x6 ET45. Wheels I want to run are 16x6 ET40 and 16x7 ET50. The wheels require adapters. The most common adapter is 25mm thick per side. So my wheels will end up with final ET's of 15 and 25. So according to my calculations, the fronts will poke out another 1.2" and the rears will be an even 1.0". Tires would be 195/45-16 up front and 205/40-16 out back. I'm not looking to stretch, but I don't want balloon tires either. At this point, it seems I'm going to have to roll my front fenders to avoid rubbing, especially considering I'm planning on going lower. Can someone with some knowledge double check my numbers for me? Or maybe suggest a better option for me.
