UK Moped MOT's - Question On Wing Mirrors

Well, i've been gone a long time, and i'm no longer the uber massive n00b i was before - so tada! I'm back! I'm now 16, and have bought myself a Gilera DNA Scooter, 50cc and it's now road-worthy - still waiting to take my CBT, but so far i've had a quick go and discovered that it's got a flat tyre and lots of other fun stuff. After getting it back to it's proper condition it's fallen over (Heavy Bike + Grass = Fail) and smashed it's wing mirror. Now to the point - it's up for it's MOT soon (VERY soon!) and i wondered if i actually needed a working wing mirror to pass an MOT for a Scooter. And would a wing mirror with a crack down it be classed as "working"? And also, will they check if it's restricted? Legally it's restricted to 31 MPH, but the previous owner removed it and i don't know how to restrict it again (*wink*). Thanks, Jack. PS - Included a few pics, can't be bothered to EggNogg it but i'm not sure why i'd brag about a 6 year old 50cc Bike... EDIT - WTF is it with this arrow next to every comma?!
